What is the general width of kigo footwear?
The kigo footwear edge and curv models are medium width shoes and run 1/2 to a full size small. The upper stretches so the shoe will fit to the wearer's foot, but all are advised to order a size up. Barefoot athletes may find that these styles feel narrow and are recommended to order the kigo drive or flit.

The kigo footwear drive and flit models feature an anatomical design and adjustability for a wider, more athletic fit. These shoes are true to size, and are ideal for athletes and barefoot enthusiasts.

What is the size range of kigo footwear shoes?
kigo footwear shoes are offered in whole sizes.

• kigo mary jane styles range from Women's sizes US 6-11 / EU36-41.
• kigo unisex styles range from Women's sizes US 6-14 / EU36-44 and Men's sizes US 4.5 -12.5 / EU36-44.

CARE
How do I clean my kigos?
If your kigos get dirty, wipe them with a damp rag or hand wipe. If your kigos get really dirty, clean them in a gentle washer with warm water only. kigo footwear shoes will dry nicely in the sunshine or in a gentle clothes drier. Do not use soap on kigo footwear, as it will compromise future stain and water resistance.

WEAR
Can my kigos get wet?
Absolutely. Your kigos love water. Our revolutionary EPA approved water/stain resistance will keep moisture from soaking through the uppers.

Will kigos work with my orthotics?
kigo footwear shoes are minimalist in design, so do not provide an excessive amount of foot bed contouring on their own. For those who need additional heel support, the shoes have been tested successfully with ¾ length orthotics.

Can I remove the insole?
The kigo footwear insole is removable. At approximately 2mm, the insole provides a slight amount of cushioning. With the insole removed, the outsole offers superior ground feel and flexibility for those seeking a truly barefoot stride and increased space inside the shoe.

Do the shoes stretch?
The CYCLEPET uppers will start out initially snug and then form to fit the foot. If the shoes begin to feel stretched out, run them through a gentle washer and dry them in the sun or a gentle drier to tighten the fabric.

Do the shoes stink?
While we can't promise your shoes won't stink, kigo uppers are breathable and the shoes are treated with an antimicrobial coating to minimize smell.

kigo footwear ships all domestic orders via UPS and a tracking number is
provided in your shipping email. If you need assistance tracking your package, please contact us.

How long does it take for an order to ship?
Orders are processed within three business days of receipt. Domestic orders ship via UPS, and typically take approximately 3-5 business days to receive.

What are my options for international shipping?
kigo footwear ships international orders via US Postal Service (USPS).

What are the rates for International Shipping?
International shipping rates vary by destination. kigo footwear will provide a specific shipping cost estimate upon request.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
kigo footwear does not accept returns or exchanges of shoes bought
from our retail partners.

How can I make a return or exchange?
Shoes can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of shipment. Please try on shoes in a clean, carpeted area to keep them in pristine condition, and return or exchange them in original packaging. Please follow the instructions included with your purchase receipt. If you do not have your original receipt, contact us or 
click here to include a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization Form with the shoes for faster processing.

How long will my return take?
Returns and exchanges are processed within three business days of receipt.

What to do if I think I have a defect?
kigo footwear warranties the quality of our products for 90 days from receipt. If you have purchased the shoes from a retailer, please approach the retailer with your return or exchange. If you have purchased the pair directly from the kigo footwear site, please send us an email here with a detailed description of your defect and a photograph of the issue. Shoes determined to be defective are replaced with same or comparable current styles.

Items with excessive wear and tear, or material breakdown from improper use or care will not be considered for a warranty. Once your request has been reviewed, we will contact you via email with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send us the defective product. kigo footwear is not responsible for damage to products during shipment from the customer. Inbound shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
